Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, we’re here to help. Our return policy allows you to return items within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange in the form of a store gift card.
Return Guidelines:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, items returned after this period may not be eligible for a gift card.
- Condition: All items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.
- Receipt Required: Please include your original receipt or proof of purchase with the return. Returns without a receipt may not be accepted.
- Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items are non-returnable
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our store with your item and receipt. You will receive a store gift card for the value of the returned item.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same return process. A gift card will be issued for the returned item, and you can use it toward your new selection.
